Project Description: 

Our client wanted to extend their home to create an additional bedroom at first floor and create large family room for entertainment.  Our design involved demolishing their existing detached garage and extending the ground floor to the side to create a large living entertainment space with a TV area, bar area and maintaining a visual connection with their landscaped garden.  The first was is to be extended to the extend existing small bedroom and create an new en-suite bedroom.
